Gratuity is not included. A 20% tip is suggested but always at the guest’s discretion.

Yes, a valid card is required to secure your appointment. However, no deposit or prepayment is required for booking a service.

If you’ve had Botox or dermal fillers, we recommend waiting at least 2 weeks before receiving a facial.
For laser treatments or microneedling, a 1-week wait is generally recommended. We also suggest checking with your provider for their specific post-treatment guidelines.

Miami Beach location:
Parking is available in our building. You can access the private parking garage via West Avenue. Parking is located upstairs, and the rate is $3 first hour. Please note that we do not validate parking tickets.
Aventura location:
Complimentary parking is available at the abbey mall, including covered parking in the underground garage as well as outdoor parking near the main entrance.

To create the most availability for our guests and members, we optimize our schedules each week. This means your original appointment time may occasionally be adjusted. We will always call or text to confirm any changes in advance. Thank you for your understanding!
