Refund policy

We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items, special bundles and routines, food items, or face tools. If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to contact us — we're happy to help!

For customers who purchased return protection at checkout (Checkout Plus), a prepaid return label will be provided for eligible items. If return protection was not added, you may still return eligible items by purchasing a return label through our returns portal.

International Orders: Returns and refunds for orders shipped outside the U.S. are not covered by us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will gladly cover the return shipping.
