Do you take walk-ins?
Retail is open to walk-ins during business hours. For facials, body treatments and memberships we recommend booking ahead — same-week slots are usually available.
Where do I park?
Miami Beach: street parking and the 17th St / Meridian municipal garage are a short walk.
Aventura — The Abbey: free covered parking inside the plaza.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early. We'll walk you through a short intake (skin goals, sensitivities), then into the treatment room. Phones go on silent — this is your pause.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or changes are free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside that window a 50% fee applies. Full policy here.
Can I gift a treatment?
Yes — digital gift cards ship instantly. For in-store gift cards or custom bundles, call either location and our team will put it together.
