As long as your membership remains active, any unused facials will roll over and can be used at any time. Please note that if your membership is canceled, any remaining facials will be forfeited.
Your credit card will be automatically billed on the anniversary of your sign-up date each month. You have the flexibility to book an appointment at your convenience, and your membership discount will be automatically applied when you check out after your service.
Membership fees do not include gratuity. In the event that your card on file is declined, we will contact you to request updated payment information. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your membership will be canceled, and any remaining facials will be forfeited.
Your Wairua membership begins with a 3-month commitment, designed to help you experience the true benefits of consistent self-care rituals. After the first three months, your membership continues month to month, giving you the freedom to pause or cancel whenever needed.
To make any changes, simply email us at info@wairuabeauty.com at least 5 days before your next billing date. If you decide to end your membership, please note that any remaining facials or credits will no longer be available after cancellation.
You have the possibility of transferring your monthly facial to a friend or family member twice in a calendar year.
We offer the flexibility to freeze your account for up to 3 months in a calendar year. To request a freeze, please submit a written request by emailing info@wairuabeauty.com.
Membership discounts are applicable solely on the day you commence your membership and cannot be applied retroactively. These discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified. Member discounts are not valid for product purchases on our online shop.
