Our Memberships Policy

Facial credits
As long as your membership remains active, any unused facials will roll over and can be used at any time. Please note that if your membership is canceled, any remaining facials will be forfeited.
Billing
Billing
Your credit card will be automatically billed on the anniversary of your sign-up date each month. You have the flexibility to book an appointment at your convenience, and your membership discount will be automatically applied when you check out after your service. It's important to note that membership fees do not include gratuity. In the event that your card on file is declined, we will contact you to request updated payment information. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your membership will be canceled, and any remaining facials will be forfeited.
Minimum commitment
Minimum commitment
Your membership begins with a 3-month commitment, allowing you to fully experience the benefits of regular facial services. After the initial commitment period, your membership becomes month-to-month, and you can terminate it at any time without incurring penalties. To cancel, please send an email to info@wairuabeauty.com, providing at least a 5 days notice before your next billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, any remaining facials will be forfeited.

You have the possibility of transferring your monthly facial to a friend or family member twice in a calendar year.
Freezing
Freezing
We offer the flexibility to freeze your account for up to 3 months in a calendar year.

Membership discounts
Membership discounts
Membership discounts are applicable solely on the day you commence your membership and cannot be applied retroactively. These discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified. Member discounts are not valid for product purchases on our online shop.
